Summary

The Ramharipur Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama School began its hostel in 1948 with 8– 10 local boys housed in two mud houses, established with the blessings of Swami Maheshwaranandaji Maharaj and overseen by Swami Jyotishanandaji Maharaj. As the number of students grew, successive hostel buildings were constructed under the guidance of various revered Swamis, including Swami Mahanandaji Maharaj, Swami Jyotirupanandaji Maharaj, Swami Vamanandaji Maharaj, and Swami Muktidanandaji Maharaj. Today, three hostel buildings accommodate 165 students from Class V to Class X.
